Yinghua wants to assist its middle school students in their exploration of high school options, college and university programs, scholarships and study abroad opportunities for advanced Chinese learners.

The Minnesota-based Flaherty Family Foundation is offering scholarships to private high schools for eighth graders with high academic potential. Contact Mrs. Berg for an application form. Forms must be submitted by January 29, 2016.

Chinese Flagship Program at the University of Minnesota – highly competitive undergraduate scholarship program developed by the National Security Education Program of the Department of Defense.  It is a partnership between government, education, and business and focuses on advanced Chinese language acquisition in your field of study.

100 Thousand Strong – President Obama initiative launched in 2013 to deepen America’s understanding of China through Study Abroad.
