On Friday, students will be quizzed over adding -ys (donkeys), -ies (parties), and -es (taxes, churches, etc.) plural endings. We have practiced this pattern extensively during class.
On Friday (Thursday 5A), students will be quizzed over contractions. They will be asked to apply patterns we’ve identified and practiced during class. Here are the patterns:

is (‘s): example – it’s
