Dear Parents,

Due to great popularity and success of the program last year, YACA is again offering the option to purchase preassembled school supply kits through School Tool Box for the 2012-13 school year. School Tool Box has created supply kits based on individual grade lists supplied by Yinghua Academy. These kits will be available to buy and will be delivered directly to your child’s classroom at Yinghua Academy before the beginning of the school year. School Tool Box provides supplies by trusted brand names like Elmer’s and Crayola. This year you will also have the option to purchase your child’s backpack when you purchase your classroom supplies. Because all boxes are preassembled with Yinghua Academy class requirements, individual supply requests cannot be accommodated.

Although the majority of the supplies on the list are provided in the School Tool Box, parents will be responsible for a $15.00 fee paid to Yinghua Academy at the beginning of the school year. This fee will cover copy paper, facial tissue and paper towels. Also, parents are responsible for supplying a few school items, such as clean a sock (used for wiping the white board), water bottle, backpack, etc., listed in the comments section.

If you choose to participate in this program we encourage you to order online at www.schooltoolbox.com between May 7th-21st. The YInghua Academy code for registration is 5YING55413. Please note: School Tool Box requires you to create a new account (with a new user name and password) in order to purchase the school supplies, even if you already created an account last year.
For those parents unable to order online, a hard copy order form is available in the front office. Please, fill in the information and bring this form and the total amount in cash or check made to YACA/school supplies to the YACA mailbox in the front office by May 17th.
