In the Fall of 2010, the Fundraising Committee, consisting of members of the School Board and the YACA Board, applied for and received a “Certificate of Incorporation” from the Secretary of State of the State of Minnesota to form a new fundraising arm of the school, called the Yinghua Academy Foundation.

This Foundation was a designation pursued to help facilitate collaboration between the two Boards on fundraising efforts on behalf of the school.  The Foundation is currently operating as the Yinghua Academy Community Association (YACA), as a decision on a formal name change is pending.  Find out more about YACA’s work here.
